This sweet little cupboard was salvaged out of a circa 1720 falling down home in Norton, MA. We were called in about 5 days before it was to be demolished. We managed to pull out what was left of the cupboard, which was buried under much debris. There were just fragments of a cupboard left, i.e. sides, in original worn blue/gray paint, a partial back and hanging shelves. It was obvious that it had potential live bug activity. We, therefore, put it into our oven to bring the core temperature of the wood up to 130 degrees in order to kill any bugs. Then we could move forward to bring this very old cupboard back to life!
